With persistent tiredness you should always see your doctor first to rule out possible medical conditions such as Hypothyroid or chronic infection. Simple Steps to Recover your Energy Levels Make sure you get enough sleep. Eat a healthy, nutritious diet including plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, pulses and 1.5 litres of pure water daily. Take a supplement of Co enzyme Q10 combined with a supplement of carnitine and a good quality fish oil. Take a supplement of magnesium combined with a supplement of calcium. This programme is intended to be followed for 4-6 weeks, by which time there should be a significant improvement in your energy levels.
